Our philosophy

We take a phenomenological approach to understanding what clients are subjectively experiencing in their day-to-day lives. Therapists and counsellors have a wide range of theories, techniques and skills but these need to be utilised according to the uniqueness of each and every client.  We view clients' autonomy as being of paramount importance, so that therapeutic work is the product of a collaborative process.
